We’re a South Dakota born and raised, family -owned and -operated youth track & field club, offering athletic training by AAU certified coaches and AAU Track Meet registration/payment processing for athletes ages 5-18 in Southwest Florida.

WHAT WE OFFER
At FREEZE EFFECT, we empower youth athletes through track and field by providing resources and support to foster their athletic development, personal growth, and community engagement. Training focuses on the health of the body through conditioning, strengthening, and speed agility as well as the strength of the mind and what they put in their bodies to prepare for competitions under the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU).

*Track & Field Meet Registration will be charged prior to each meet. The average cost was $35/meet in 2025

Registration is open from November 16, 2025 through January 19, 2026, with the exception of returning members.
